Ownership of Content

All wallpapers available on ToneWall are generated using artificial intelligence and are the exclusive property of ToneWall. All rights, title, and interest in and to the wallpapers, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain with ToneWall.

Permitted Use

ToneWall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the wallpapers available on our service for your own personal, non-commercial use on your personal devices (such as computers, smartphones, and tablets).

This license does not grant you the right to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the wallpapers available for use or distribution separately or detached from a product or web page.
  • Use the wallpapers in any way that is defamatory, illegal, or obscene.
  • Use the wallpapers in a manner that infringes upon any third party's trademark or other intellectual property.
  • Use the wallpapers as part of a trademark, design mark, tradename, business name, or service mark.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that any content on ToneWall infringes upon your copyright, please notify us by providing a written notice to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  • Your contact information, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
